1 Dollar = 1 Vote. The Hometown Contest is for residents that wish to bring Blaine's Travel Club's® VIPR Rideshare Service to their hometown, and when they accumulate the most votes over all hometowns participating, their hometown will be considered for the next VIPR Village.


It's so much easier to find 8,500 people to donate $1.00 each, than it is to find one person to donate $8,500.
